Each year the 11th Congressional District Caucus holds their parade on Labor Day. This year it will be Monday, September 1st. Parade will always take place rain or shine!

About the event
The 11th Congressional District Community Caucus Labor Day Parade & Festival will be hosting its 53rd Annual Celebration on Monday, September 1st, 2025. Our theme is “Empowering Our People.” Last year we witnessed over 8,000 parade participants in our Annual Parade Festivities.
Parade line-up begins at 8:00am
The Parade kicks-off at 11:00 am at 147th and Kinsman Ave.
Please note that you are REQUIRED to add an addtional car ONLY if bringing more than one vehicle. The first vehicle is included in the cost of participation. You must do so in the ticket window.
ALL PARTICPANTS ARE ASSUMED TO HAVE REVIEWED EVENT RULES.
Please do not call, text, or email about where you are placed in the line up. ALL line up and festival placement details will be EMAILED to the email address provided at registration within 72 Hours of Parade Kickoff.

Elected Public Officials
For Current Public Officials Only: This ticket is reserved for individuals currently holding public office, wanting to MARCH in the parade. It includes admission for one vehicle. If you plan to bring additional vehicles, please select the "Additional Vehicles" option when purchasing your ticket. Maximum of 5 vehicles total per public official (including the one included with this ticket).

Running Candidates
This ticket is designated for individuals currently running for public office and includes admission for one vehicle. If you are both a current elected official and a candidate, you must choose one role to represent for registration and lineup purposes. Current Public Officials and Running Candidates are organized separately at the event.

This ticket is for individual(s) representing a for-profit business who wish to march in the parade. It includes admission for one vehicle and an unlimited amount of walkers. This ticket does not include a vendor space at the festival following the parade. If you would like to have a vendor table, you must register separately under the vendor category.

This ticket is for individual(s) representing a non-profit or a Community based business who wish to march in the parade. It includes admission for one vehicle and an unlimited amount of walkers. This ticket does not include a vendor space at the festival following the parade. If you would like to have a vendor table, you must register separately under the vendor category.

Food Vendor - Festival
This ticket is for all food vendors, including traditional food trucks and vendors selling food items without a vehicle. This ticket DOES NOT include marching in the parade. Parade tickets MUST BE purchased separately. Specific instructions on how to line up will be provided to you if you wish to also have your vehicle in the parade. Placement: All food vendors—regardless of setup—will be lined up together in the designated Food Truck & Vendor Area. No other setup locations will be permitted.

This ticket is for individuals representing a non-profit organization or community-based group looking to: • Share information • Offer free giveaways (e.g., bookbags, resources, voter registration) • Provide community outreach or educational materials Please Note: This ticket does not include participation in the parade. If you wish to march or have a vehicle in the parade, you must purchase a parade ticket separately.

ANY Public School Band
This ticket is for public school bands and school-based drill or dance teams wishing to march in the parade. Please note: This ticket is not for private schools or paid dance institutions. Supervision: Please provide the contact information for the adult supervisor who will be responsible for the students on the day of the event. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Instructions: You will receive specific directions prior to the event.

Additional Cars (more than 1)
Additional Vehicle Tickets: All general parade tickets include admission for one vehicle. If you plan to bring additional vehicles, they must be registered in advance—no exceptions. Unregistered vehicles will not be permitted at lineup under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to uphold the safety and security of our community, including public officials and representatives. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and organized event for all. Maximum of 5 vehicles per group
