Site Access & Setup

Parade Line-Up Begins: 8:00 AM
Vendor Setup: Begins at 7:30 AM and must be completed no later than 9:30 AM
Streets will be blocked after 9:30 AM—road access will be restricted.

 

Vendors

  • Informational vendors will be provided with:

    • 1 Table

    • 1 Tent

    • 2 Chairs

  • Specific placement and setup instructions will be emailed 72 hours prior to the event kickoff.

 

Security Notice

The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise. Please secure your items and monitor your space.

Parade Rules & Regulations

  • All parade participants must pay the appropriate entry fee.

  • One vehicle is included per registration. Additional vehicles are $10 each (up to 5 vehicles total).

  • Applications & payments are due no later than August 21, 2025.

  • Participation requires prior approval from the 11th CDCC Parade Committee.

  • All participants must comply with City of Cleveland laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal, fines, and/or arrest.

  • Parade Marshals have full authority over conduct and movement. All participants must follow their instructions.

  • No transfers of approved applications to others. False applications will be disqualified.

  • All parade units must be clearly labeled with the name/sponsor, visible from both sides (min. 50 ft. visibility for marching units).

  • No throwing of objects (e.g., candy) is allowed. Items may be handed to viewers.

  • Participants march at their own risk. Consult your insurance provider to confirm coverage.

  • A confirmation letter and assembly location will be sent in advance.

  • Vehicle registration and unit assembly: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM on Monday, September 1, 2025

  • The Parade Starts Promptly at 11:00 AM

  • Vehicles arriving after 9:30 AM will not be allowed to participate and may be towed.

  • Courteous, safe, and respectful conduct is required at all times. Parade Marshals reserve the right to remove any violators.

  • No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

  • All rules must be reviewed and followed by every participant and group.

When will I know my placement in the parade?
You will be notified of your lineup position 72 hours before parade kickoff.

Where do vendors set up?
Vendor areas are located at Luke Easter Park. You will receive a map with your assigned location 72 hours before the event.

Can I join the parade if I arrive after 9:30 AM?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. No vehicles will be admitted after 9:30 AM—no exceptions for safety reasons.
